The installation of hardscapes can be one of the most difficult jobs for a landscape professional, but we have the experience necessary to install rock paths and decorative curbing or rock designs that enhance your yard, to name a few. Laying sod is a great answer to lawn problems because it can be installed all year-round and will withstand heavy rainfall without erosion damage. Also, is has lower water requirements with an initial watering of just one inch followed by lighter watering for next 2-3 weeks. This is because covered soil retains moisture better than exposed soil.
We first remove the old lawn and/or weeds, if any exist, make sure the ground is level, tilled, and free of rocks. Then we lay the sod rolls in a pattern for the best results.

A slow release fertilizer nitrogen fertilizer feeds your lawn continuously for 6 weeks, making it grow steadily green. A pre-emergent crabgrass and weed control solution is also applied. In the early or mid summer, more of the same ensures health and maintains drought resistance, and grub and insect control is added. Later in the summer, a special summer formula fertilizer is applied and weed, insect, and crabgrass control as added if necessary. The application of a balanced fertilizer in the early fall promotes a thicker, greener, and healthier lawn. Weed control is applied again, with insect and disease control as needed. Late in the fall, a heavy rate nitrogen fertilizer is a very important application for the development of a hardy root system to withstand the winter months. Weed and disease control is again applied as needed.

First, we consider the species of the tree or bush, because some trees grow more quickly than others and respond differently to pruning. Second, we learn the age of the tree or bush.
